I grew up in a small town in the Pacific Northwest, the Eastern side of Washington State. I love all kinds of art and creative pursuits, and have always been an avid reader, artist, painter, dreamer, and animal lover.
My interest in technology started with playing video games with my dad as a young girl, trying my best to practice and one day be good enough to beat him on our old Super Nintendo games.
My interest grew from console games to working on computers throughout my school years. I was home schooled with both my sisters and jumped right into the workforce after graduating high school, though I had been working small local jobs since I was old enough to be employed.
I have worked in the agriculture industry, food industry, hardware, farm and ranch, as well as working at a bank until I started working for a technology company and learning the basics of computer repair. I felt like I had finally found a niche I was excited about and have continued to work in the tech industry doing hardware/software repair as well as virus and security cleanup. It was my love of art and design that led me right into web development and from there, into working as a Virtual Assistant for my very first client. Being a Virtual Assistant allows me to use my skills and knowledge to follow my passion of helping people to succeed.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing video games, blogging/writing, photography, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with my dog Kiba.
